I know I have told this story before, but I will tell it again, because some of you have not heard it.  

Six years ago, I met with my family and convinced them to add 2,500 square feet to the retail room.  My Uncle was against it, because he thought the tasting bar was too big.  The bar we were using at that time only sat twelve people.  The new bar could sit forty-eight.  My Uncle kept telling me that people like to go to crowded bars and restaurants where they had to wait.  I would argue that people don't like to wait all day to do a wine tasting.  He made a small bet with me that we will never fill the new bar.  I wish, I would have bet him more money, because I need it right now.  We built the bar anyway and thanks to you, I won the bet.

I am about to start some more construction at the winery.  We will add an additional eight feet to the front of the original winery.  This will allow us to have two more exits and another entrance.  It also will allow us to redo our cash register area and give us more retail space.  Construction starts this Sunday and I hope to be done by Thursday of next week.  

I want to apologize in advance for the mess I will be making.
