Tender chicken braised in a rustic tomato sauce with sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms over penne pasta.

Tuesday, September 29

Shrimp Tacos

Tacos with succulent shrimp, onions, peppers, garlic, and cilantro. Served with homemade fried chips.

Hamburger Steak

Hamburger steak with sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms over mashed potatoes and gravy. Served with a yeast roll.
