Blackberry Pineapple Martini
Duplin wines make great cocktail mixers, and one of our favorites is this Blackberry Pineapple Martini recipe we got from Kim, one of our wine tasting hosts in North Myrtle Beach. Blackberry wine + raspberry vodka + pineapple juice = triple delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cracked ice
- 1 ounce raspberry vodka
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 2 ounces Duplin Blackberry wine
- Splash of fresh lemon juice
- 2 cubes fresh pineapple
- 1 fresh blackberry
Directions:
- Place ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour vodka, pineapple juice, Duplin Blackberry wine and lemon juice to the shaker.
- Place the lid on the shaker and shake the container for 30 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into a martini glass.
- Skewer fresh pineapple and blackberry with a toothpick and use to garnish the martini.
Makes 1 serving.
