2 new ways to enjoy Duplin: wine club and loyalty program!

We're absolutely thrilled to announce two exciting new chapters for wine lovers! We working on the launch of a brand-new Duplin Wine Club as well as a separate new Loyalty Program. Both are truly special experiences designed with you in mind.

Using your feedback, we're pouring our hearts into crafting something extraordinary, and we can't wait to share all the details. We know you have questions, so we've put together these FAQs to give you a sneak peek.

What's the latest on the new Duplin Wine Club you've been developing?

We've received tremendous interest and so many thoughtful ideas from you! Your valuable input has convinced us to take a little more time in developing this new club. We had scheduled the new club debut for summer 2025, but we want to ensure it truly meets all your hopes and expectations, so we're perfectig it with your feedback in mind. We'll keep you updated about its continued development.

What will be the new Duplin Wine Club perks?

The most exciting perk, and one we've heard you ask for, is the ability to choose your own wines for your quarterly packages! That's right — you’ll get to customize your package. We'll also still offer all the exclusive perks you love, including club-only events, early access to new releases and special discounts and sales just for club members. Get ready for a truly customized Duplin experience!

How much will the new Duplin Wine Club cost? How often will I receive wine packages?

It's all about choice! The new Duplin Wine Club will let you customize your packages. You'll enjoy at least two wines specially chosen by our winemaker, plus you’ll get to pick two more! And if you're looking for even more Duplin deliciousness, add as many extra bottles as you want at a special discount. Free shipping opportunities will also be available! Wine packages will be available for shipping or pick up quarterly, the dates based on when you joined the club. For example, if you join in a January, you would receive packages in January, April, July, and October. 

How can I find out when to sign up for the new club?

Will I have to be a member of the new Duplin Wine Club to be part of the Loyalty Program?

Everyone will qualify for the Loyalty Program’s rewards. You won’t have to be a member of either wine club. From the moment you make any purchase — online or in our stores — you'll start earning rewards designed to enhance your connection with Duplin. And no matter which wine club you’re in, you’ll qualify for loyalty rewards. We'll take care of making sure you get the best available club or loyalty offer at checkout.

Will Heritage members have to join the new Duplin Wine Club?

We cherish our Heritage family, and the Heritage Club will continue alongside the new Duplin Wine Club. We want you to enjoy the experience that suits you best.

Will the cost of the Heritage Club change?

We know how much you value consistent pricing, and we share that value! We're committed to maintaining the current Heritage Club quarterly price of $65 plus tax. And we'll only consider adjustments if significant economic changes outside of our control make it absolutely necessary to maintain the quality and experience you expect from Duplin. Will Duplin close the Heritage Club and force members into the new club?

No way! We cherish our Heritage family. Your membership is safe and sound — you can continue enjoying it until you decide to cancel.

I heard Heritage Club memberships were capped. What's the latest?

We capped memberships in February 2025 with the idea of transitioning perks to the new Duplin Wine Club. However, we witnessed an incredible outpouring of passion and love for Heritage Club. Seeing your dedication, we realized that we needed to reopen access. 

So, in July 2025, we reopened Heritage Club for a limited time. We're accepting new sign-ups until we reach our limit of 2,000 new or returning members, at which point we'll close sign-ups as we continue to develop the new Duplin Wine Club.

Call or stop by any Duplin location to inquire about joining or rejoining the Heritage Club during this limited-time window. Our team will be delighted to assist you.

Why is Duplin developing a new wine club?

It's wonderful to hear how much you love our Heritage Club. We've also been listening to those of you who've asked for a more flexible club, like one where you can select your own wines and enjoy perks even if you live further away from Duplin locations. Your feedback is incredibly important to us. Our aim is to always provide you with the best experience, and that's what we've striving for with every new idea.
