The Quarantini

Frank: Hey, everybody! Frank here. We're back again and this is Wine & Dine Wednesday. This is something that we're going to be doing every week. We're going to talk about different drinks we can make, different foods we can make and we’re going to have different guests on here.

For the first guest for our first week Wine & Dine Wednesday, I'm bringing my best friend, who's also my wife. This is Connie. Some of you guys may know her, she’s done a couple of our off-site events, so you might know her from there. She's got to drink she's going to show you today. So take it away, Connie!

Connie: I don’t know if any of you have watched my husband’s first video that he did about the Himosa. If you listen carefully to his description, it was all about being quarantined with his wife. So, if you're going to quarantined and stuck in close quarters, I would say that you equally have to have a drink that maybe your partner would enjoy. If you’re going to have the Himosa, then you’re going to have to have the Quarantini.

So, what’s in a Quarantini, you ask? It is orange juice - which Frank is going to diligently pour for me because it’s time - and Sweet Rosé, which is a sparkling wine. Put them together and you have absolutely magic, and you can find your time “quarantining” together a little more efficient.

Frank: Since it is a martini, we’ve got to shake it up a little bit.

Connie: Absolutely.

Frank: Our thing is, anything you put in a martini glass is a martini, even if it’s not a true martini. This is the Quarantini.

Connie: Looks delicious.

Frank: Now, another thing that we’ve got - if you notice in front of us - is a cat wine holder.

Connie: Of course, because we are the crazy cat people if any of you know us.

Frank: It’s got our Sweet Rosé held right in there. So, let’s put that back in there. And Connie, you grab yours and I’ll grab mine - and cheers!

Connie: Cheers!

Frank: Mmmm, that’s good.

Connie: That’s delicious.

Frank: Well guys, again - stay safe and we’ll see you on the other side. Frank.
