Frank: Hey guys, this is Frank from Duplin Winery again. Welcome back to Dine & Wine Wednesdays! Today we have some guests here with a recipe. We’ve got Haley, Jay and an extra special guest at the end.

So Jay, what did you bring with us today?

Jay: Hello Duplin Wine Fans, my name is Jay. I'll be doing a quick and easy recipe with one of our Duplin wines. I will be using Sweet, my personal favorite. Have you guys ever had Yum Yum Sauce? You know, the sauce that you pour all over your Japanese rice bowls? Well, today will be making our version of that sauce that you’ll enjoy putting on all your favorite foods! Let's get started.

So first, 8 oz of mayonnaise. Next, we add one tablespoon of tomato paste that you will add. Then, we'll have 1 tbsp of melted butter. Two tablespoons of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder, two teaspoons of paprika, and then two tablespoons of our Sweet wine, with one to three tablespoons of sugar, to taste.

Hey Ivan! Bring out those egg rolls!

Frank: Man, these look good!

Ivan: Can’t wait to taste it!

All: Mmmm, wow. Mmm.

Frank: That is good guys!

Haley: Jay, good job!
