Duplin Blackberry Jell-O Shots
Use Duplin Winery’s Blackberry wine and a little raspberry vodka to make berry-juicy Duplin Blackberry Jell-O Shots. As we all know, there is nothing easier to pack into a cooler for the beach or a get-together. We got this recipe from wine-tasting host Kim at our North Myrtle Beach location.
Ingredients:
- One 3-ounce package black cherry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ¼ cup Duplin Blackberry wine
- ¼ cup raspberry vodka
- 12 2-ounce plastic portion cups
Directions:
- Pour Jell-O mix into a medium bowl.
- Stir in boiling water and continue stirring until Jell-O is dissolved.
- Stir cold water into Jell-O mixture.
- Stir in Duplin Blackberry wine and the raspberry vodka.
- Evenly divide mixture between the 12 plastic cups.
- Refrigerate until firm. Serve cold.
Makes 12 servings.
