Duplin Winery Announces 1st Annual Naughty & Nice Label Art Contest
Duplin Winery has announced the kick off for its 1st Annual Naughty & Nice wine label contest. Duplin Winery is looking for a new label to best depict its Christmas wine named Naughty and Nice. All submissions will be due by 5:00pm on May 13, 2016.
“We are lucky to have so many talented artists in our community and we are so lucky to have customers who love our wine. We want to offer an opportunity to our extended family to create a new look for their favorite seasonal wine.” Dave Fussell said. “I envision this contest continuing yearly as we create an Artist series label that will become a must -have seasonal treat.”
The winning artist will receive a prize package that includes $500, 4 tickets to the 40th annual Grape Stomp Festival, a case of the labeled wine and a one-year membership to the Heritage Wine Club. For a complete set of rules and guidelines, please refer to the website, www.duplinwinery.com/labelcontest.
An official unveiling for the winning artwork and presentation of the new release will be held during the 40th Annual Grape Stomp Festival in Rose Hill, NC on September 10, 2016.
