Boo-tiful Night
Who says Halloween can't be a little bit elegant? Maybe it's a chic goth dinner party. Or a dress up fancy night. However you glamorize Halloween, the Boo-tiful Night fizzy cocktail garnished with a cute little marshmallow ghost takes your gathering to a stylish level.
Ingredients:
- 4 large marshmallows and a black food coloring pen or 4 Peeps Marshmallow Ghosts
- 2 to 4 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
- 2 tablespoons white sparkling sanding sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate liqueur
- Duplin Sweet Lily
Directions:
- Use the black food coloring pen to draw eyes and a mouth on each marshmallow so that the marshmallows look like little ghosts.
- Spead marshmallow fluff on a small saucer. Spread the sanding sugar on another saucer. Dip the rims of four stemmed wine into the marshmallow fluff and then the sanding sugar.
- Carefully pour 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) white chocolate liqueur into each wine glass. Carefully fill each wine glass with ice. Carefully pour Sweet Lily into each glass. Garnish each glass with 1 decorated marshmallows or 1 Peeps Marshmallow Ghost. Makes 4 servings.
