Recipe: Burgundy Pork

Ingredients:
  • 1 pork tenderloin (2 – 2 ½ lbs.)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Burgundy wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 gloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 green onions chopped (white & green parts)
Directions:
  1. Whisk marinade pours over tenderloin and marinates overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 350.

  3. Remove tenderloin from marinade and reserve marinade.

  4. Roast in the oven for 45 min.

  5. Marinade put in pan and simmer.

  6. Drizzle over meat.
