Recipe: Blackberry Whipped Chocolate Cups

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1⁄4 cup of Duplin’s Blackberry Wine
  • 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 jar of Smucker’s raspberry sauce
Directions:
  1. Mix heavy cream and Blackberry wine together on high speed.

  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.

  3. Put a teaspoon of raspberry sauce in chocolate cups and topped with Blackberry whipped topping.

  4. Makes 60 chocolate cups.

  5. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
