Recipe: Duplin Blackberry Jell-O Shots

Ingredients:
  • One 3-ounce package black cherry Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ¼ cup Duplin Blackberry wine
  • ¼ cup raspberry vodka
  • 12 2-ounce plastic portion cups
Directions:
  1. Pour Jell-O mix into a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in boiling water and continue stirring until Jell-O is dissolved.
  3. Stir cold water into Jell-O mixture.
  4. Stir in Duplin Blackberry wine and the raspberry vodka.
  5. Evenly divide mixture between the 12 plastic cups.
  6. Refrigerate until firm. Serve cold.

Makes 12 servings.
