Recipe: Pum’kin Spiked Latte

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Duplin Pum’kin red wine
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 shot hot espresso
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons whipped cream
  • Cinnamon sugar
Directions:
  1. In an extra-large mug, blend Duplin Pum’kin red wine, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree.
  2. Heat the milk and froth it using a milk frother to create a fine foam.
  3. Add espresso to mug and stir well.
  4. Pour frothed milk into the coffee and stir to combine. Spoon whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Serves 1.
