Recipe: Chocolatini Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 6-8 tablespoons Chocolatini Sweetzer mix
  • 1 cup Hatteras Red Wine (or Duplin American Port Wine)
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Whipped cream
Directions:
  1. Place milk and Chocolatini Sweetzer in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Slowly whisk the milk mixture until Chocolatini Sweetzer is fully mixed into the milk and milk is hot.
  3. Add Hatteras Red wine to the mixture and whisk just until the cocoa and wine is heated through.
  4. Pour cocoa into two large mugs. Top cocoa with marshmallows. Garnish with whipped cream.
  5. Makes 2 servings.
