Recipe: Cotton Candy Ice Cream Float

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Duplin Cotton Candy wine
  • Blue-colored cream soda
  • Cotton Candy
  • Long wooden skewer
Directions:
  1. Put two scoops of ice cream in to a wide-mouth glass, like a beer pint glass, or inside a large mason jar.
  2. Fill glass halfway with Duplin Cotton Candy wine.
  3. Top off with blue cream soda.
  4. Thread cotton candy onto the wood skewer.
  5. Garnish float with skewered cotton candy.
  6. Makes 1 serving.
