- Chill a 6-ounce martini glass or coup in the freezer.
- Blend 2 teaspoons instant coffee with 1/4 cup boiling-hot water. If desired, sweeten the coffee to taste with sugar (about 1 teaspoon or to taste).
- Bring coffee to room temperature.
- Pour coffee, Duplin American port and caramel syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice to the shaker.
- Cover shaker. Vigorously shake cocktail for 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with chocolate sprinkles
- Makes 1 serving.
