- Place ice, fresh tangerine juice, red wine and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker or large canning jar.
- Put a lid on whichever shaker you choose. Shake the cocktail for 5 seconds.
- Strain mixture into a wide-mouth margarita or martini glass, filling the glass three-fourths full.
- Top off cocktail with a splash of club soda.
- Float the tangerine wheel on the cocktail. Place a small sprig of fresh rosemary on the floating tangerine wheel.
