- Place half of arugula in a large salad bowl.
- Top arugula with half of the orange slices, half of the raisins, half of the almonds, half of the pomegranate seeds and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons Duplin Gourmet Muscadine Orange Poppyseed Dressing.
- Scatter remaining arugula in salad bowl. Arrange the remaining orange slices over the arugula. Scatter on the other half of the raisins, then the almonds and then the pomegranate seeds.
- Drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons Duplin Gourmet Muscadine Orange Poppyseed Dressing. Scatter remaining parmesan shavings over the salad.
- Gently toss at the table and serve.
