• 1 whole baking chicken
• 1 cup Bald Head Red wine
• ¼ cup Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
• Garlic powder to taste
• Salt & pepper to taste
1. Wash chicken thoroughly.
2. Use meat injector to inject ½ cup Bald Head Red wine throughout the meat.
3. Rub olive oil on skin of chicken, then season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning.
4. Pour remaining ½ cup Bald Head Red wine in the bottom of the baking pan. 5. Place chicken in baking pan.
5. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 1 hour, basting chicken with wine and juice regularly.
