Jo Ellen’s Pumpkin Spice with Naughty and Nice

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup Naughty & Nice Duplin Wine
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Filling

• 18-oz package cream cheese, softened
• 3 tbs butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup Naughty & Nice Duplin Wine

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a 10 x 15 cookie sheet with foil and spray with Baker’s Joy or other oil.
3. Pour pumpkin mixture onto cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Let cool and spread with filling. Roll up jelly roll style. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

*This dessert freezes well for future use.
