Macaroni Shrimp Salad


• 2 packages pasta
• 1 small onion, chopped
• ½ cup radishes, chopped
• ½ cup celery, chopped
• 2 cups fresh boiled shrimp
• 1 or 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
• 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
• 2 green bell peppers, chopped
• 1 small can pimento
• Duplin Muscadine Tomato Basil Dressing, to taste
• Duplin Beaufort Bay wine, to taste


1. Marinate fresh boiled shrimp in Duplin Beaufort Bay wine (approx. ½ bottle) overnight.
2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Add onion, radish, celery, tomatoes, egg, green bell pepper, and shrimp to macaroni and stir.
3. Add pimento and Duplin Muscadine Tomato Basil Dressing to taste and desired consistency.
