Muscadine Wine Glazed Ribeye


• 4 (8-oz) Ribeyes
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 cups Hatteras Red
• 1/2 cup worcestershire
• 3 cloves coarsely chopped garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste


1. Salt & pepper each side of steak.
2. To make glaze, warm honey for 30 seconds in microwave. Combine wine, worcestershire, and garlic, and add to honey.
3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear steaks on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Once seared, pour the glaze in the pan and let cook 2-3 minutes.
