Seafood Bisque


• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 2 cups half & half
• ¾ cup Duplin Carlos Wine
• 3 cups shrimp, lobster, and/or crabmeat (cooked)


1. Heat first five ingredients together in a medium pot.
2. Add seafood mixture and stir.
3. Garnish with cheese, croutons, or parsley. Serves 4 to 6.
