Returns and Exchanges
Duplin Winery stands behind all the wines available online or in our store in Rose Hill, NC. If you open a bottle and find that it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value if the customer would like to pay for the difference in pricing. We may issue store credit to be used toward future purchases. We may also ask for you to return the product to our quality control department for inspection. Please do not dispose of defective products prior to discussing your options. Damaged gifts and other retail items purchased in our store or online may also be subject to these guidelines.

Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession, we will only accept bottles for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff, and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt. Bring your unopened items back to Duplin Winery within 30 days of purchase, along with your original sales receipt. If your items were shipped or delivered, please call us to discuss your options.
