Simple homemade Spiked Peach Iced Tea

Sweet iced tea is the South's signature drink. The best kind is spiked with peach wine and vanilla whiskey. This easy recipe is better than any hard iced tea you'll find in a can.

This beautiful drink full of peach and lime slices is delightful for brunch, cookouts or anytime you want a fruity taste of summer. When making Spiked Peach Iced Tea, be sure to use a strong-brewed, plain black tea. You don't need a fruit-flavored tea because you'll get plenty of juicy peach goodness from the Duplin Cotton Candy Peach wine and Peach Bellini Sweetzer mix that go into this irresistible drink.

Be sure to start with both tea and wine at room temperature. You'll sweeten the drink with Peach Bellini Sweetzer dry mix right out of the package. The Sweezter mix dissolves better in room-temperature tea.

The tea is already spiked with peach wine, but you can kick it up by adding vanilla whiskey or vanilla vodka.

Don't add ice to the pitcher; you don't want the tea to get watered down as the ice melts.
