Sweet

I am not a white wine drinker but this was given to me by my sister and its definitely a do over

I don't like wine, I have tried 5 or 6 brands because all my friends do and they keep trying to find one for me. I picked this wine out of the grocery store on a whim and put it in the fridge to chill!! It was so good! I put it in the freezer overnight and had it like a slushy. It tasted even better! It isn't dry at all and when it says it's sweet, it really is!

Love, love, love this wine. Excellent just by itself but amazing in foods. I use it in chicken, pork and fish but I also use it when cooking veggies, soups and sauces. Makes the best cheese sauce for mac and cheese and helps to melt the cheese for a smooth cheese sauce with amazing flavor. Never any leftovers. I use it when sautéing mixed veggies and my cousin says it is like eating candy it is so good. I go through at least 2 bottles per month just for cooking. I use the sweet red for beef dishes. Love Duplin sweet wines.

I used this wine in a recipe for a white wine sauce for fish. Unbelievably tasty in the sauce. I will never cook with anything else!
