Duplin Scuppernong Spritz
The Duplin Scuppernong Spritz is the go-to, light cocktail for brunch, girls summer nights out and sunset meetups by the shore. Because it goes down so easy, the spritz makes a fine lawnmover cocktail, too.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 to 1 ounce Aperol or Campari
- 4 ounces Duplin Scuppernong white wine
- Sparkling water
- 1 thinly cut orange slice
Directions:
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour Aperol or Campari over the ice in the glass.
- Add Duplin Scuppernong white wine to the glass.
- Fill glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish the rim of the glass with an orange slice.
- Make 1 serving.
