The Bistro at Duplin Winery in Rose Hill, NC is looking for Kitchen Staff. Applicants should have experience in a commercial setting, but we are willing to train the right applicant. Position requirements include but are not limited to: cooking experience in a commercial setting, impeccable food presentation, ability to maintain cleanliness and organization, ability to work standing for extended hours, follow instructions, work as a team and the ability to work flexible hours, as well as weekends. Full-Time Assistant Retail Manager
Duplin Winery is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to help lead our high-volume retail operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to daily operations. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to manage a team of 30+ employees with integrity and fairness. Responsibilities include overseeing staff scheduling, conducting daily pre-opening meetings, balancing cash drawers, completing financial reports, and securing the facility at closing. The Assistant Retail Manager will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, and delivering outstanding customer service to every guest. Full-Time Property Technician
Duplin Winery is looking for a skilled and dependable Property Technician to handle the upkeep and repair of both the interior and exterior of our North Myrtle Beach facility. This role involves maintaining the grounds, including cultivating and caring for the lawn, as well as performing building maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will be able to plan and organize tasks effectively, prioritize duties in an orderly manner, and ensure our property remains safe, well-kept, and welcoming for guests and staff. Bartender/Sales Associate 
If you’re someone who loves wearing many hats, cares deeply about customer service, has a knack for fixing things and doesn’t mind bouncing from a day of bottling wine to an afternoon of leading wine tastings or hoping on a register, this job is for you. This position requires you to be ready to assist in every function of the Duplin tasting room and other areas. Therefore, you’ll learn every aspect of the winery and its operations including knowledge of all Duplin wines, how to run winery tours and tastings, and how to assist with on-site and off-site events including weddings, receptions, dinner theaters, trade shows, and festivals. There are full-time and part-time positions, but you might work mornings and afternoons some days, afternoons and evenings other days. Saturdays are required. This position is based in North Myrtle Beach; however, you may be called on at times to work in Rose Hill. You must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record. Part-Time Kitchen Staff
Are you friendly, enjoy cooking and love customer service? Duplin Winery is looking for someone to prepare bulk quantities of our famous cheese dip, homemade crackers and delectable fudge as well as our wine mixes. You’ll also do some customer service work and learn how to complete point of sales transactions. The job requires you to be able to lift 35 to 50 pounds, and you’ll work around 24 hours per week. This position is based in North Myrtle Beach, however, you may be called on at times to work in Rose Hill. You must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
