Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of strategic and creative marketing initiatives across the company. As the primary lead for project planning, the Marketing Operations Manager manages complex workflows to maintain momentum and ensure seamless campaign execution without delay. They will take ownership of campaign performance, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive growth across all channels in a fast-paced environment. E-commerce Specialist
Duplin Winery is seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented E-commerce Specialist to oversee the digital storefronts for two primary brands: DuplinWinery.com and GatlinburgWinery.com. As we continue to expand our digital footprint we need a Shopify expert who lives and breathes conversion rates, digital merchandising, and revenue growth. This position serves as the primary architect of the online customer journey, ensuring that every click leads to a seamless experience and every product page effectively converts visitors into loyal customers. Full-Time Event Coordinator/Assistant Bistro Manager (The Bistro)
Duplin Winery is seeking a motivated and hospitality‑driven Event Coordinator/Assistant Bistro Manager to support daily operations at The Bistro while helping lead our growing calendar of private and winery‑hosted events. This role works closely with the Bistro General Manager to ensure smooth front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, uphold our service and food quality standards, manage staff coverage, and assist with cash handling and reporting. In addition to restaurant responsibilities, this position plays a key role in planning and executing events—from coordinating vendors and entertainment to managing ticketing platforms, reservations, and guest communication. The Event Coordinator/Assistant Bistro Manager will also host on‑site events, supervise staff and vendors, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and maintain administrative records such as contracts, invoices, and post‑event reports. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience in hospitality or event planning. Position requirements include but are not limited to: cooking experience in a commercial setting, impeccable food presentation, ability to maintain cleanliness and organization, ability to work standing for extended hours, follow instructions, work as a team and the ability to work flexible hours, as well as weekends. Part-Time Server/Host/Event Staff (The Bistro)
The Bistro at Duplin Winery in Rose Hill, NC is looking for a part-time server and host that can work lunch and dinner shifts. Responsibilities include taking customer food orders, ensuring all orders are accurate and brought to each table promptly, suggesting appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials and creating a pleasant dining experience. Also, some nights and weekends will be required during our dinner theater events, weddings, receptions, etc. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Part-Time Kitchen Staff
Are you friendly, enjoy cooking and love customer service? Duplin Winery is looking for someone to prepare bulk quantities of our famous cheese dip, homemade crackers and delectable fudge as well as our wine mixes. You’ll also do some customer service work and learn how to complete point of sales transactions. The job requires you to be able to lift 35 to 50 pounds, and you’ll work around 24 hours per week. This position is based in North Myrtle Beach, however, you may be called on at times to work in Rose Hill. You must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record. Full-Time Assistant Manager
Duplin Winery is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to help lead our high-volume retail operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to daily operations. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to manage a team of 30+ employees with integrity and fairness. Responsibilities include overseeing staff scheduling, conducting daily pre-opening meetings, balancing cash drawers, completing financial reports, and securing the facility at closing. The Assistant Retail Manager will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, and delivering outstanding customer service to every guest. Duplin Winery is looking for a Grounds and Maintenance team member to join our Panama City Beach location! This position includes, but is not limited to: properly maintaining the grounds and pond, vehicle and machinery maintenance and repairs, purchases parts and supplies as needed, keep inspections and registrations up to date, etc. Strong time management, organizational skills, and creative thinking are highly recommended for this position. Primary location for this job is in Panama City Beach. However, you may be asked occasionally to travel to our other locations and assists with operations or events as needed.
