Pum’kin Spiked Latte
Wine + Espresso + Pumpkin = Yes! This triple-flavor pumpkin delight is the perfect combination of traditional fall flavors with the extra added yum of Duplin Pum'kin wine.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Duplin Pum’kin red wine
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 shot hot espresso
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons whipped cream
- Cinnamon sugar
Directions:
- In an extra-large mug, blend Duplin Pum’kin red wine, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree.
- Heat the milk and froth it using a milk frother to create a fine foam.
- Add espresso to mug and stir well.
- Pour frothed milk into the coffee and stir to combine. Spoon whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Serves 1.
