Shore Thing Cocktail
Your sunglasses, a beach chair and a cooler packed with pimento cheese, Duplin Homemade Crackers and tumblers full of the Shore Thing cocktail is all you really need. Stir Duplin limited-release Grand Strand Reserve or your favorite Duplin sweet blush with lemonade and peaches, and just chill.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Duplin Grand Strand Reserve or your favorite sweet Duplin blush wine
- 1 quart lemonade
- 3 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
- Sparkling water or seltzer
Directions:
Pour wine, lemonade and peaches into a large pitcher. Lightly stir and refrigerate until completely chilled.
Fill glasses or travel tumblers with ice. Fill each glass or tumbler two-thirds full. Pour in enough seltzer to fill glasses or tumblers. Gently stir and serve immediatly.
