Pina Colada Mimosa

Give mimosas a tropical spin with a super-easy Pina Colada Mimosa recipe. Part wine slushie, part classic mimosa, this recipe will wow at tiki parties, brunch and girls weekends.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Duplin Pina Colada Sweetzer Mix
  • 1/2 bottle Duplin Sangria White
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 bottle Duplin Sweet Rosé, Sweet Lily or Sweet Poppy
  • Fresh or canned pineapple chunks

Directions:

  1. Pour Duplin Pina Colada Sweetzer mix and Sangria White into  a blender. Whizz mixture on low for 10 seconds. 
  2. Fill the blender with ice. Blend agan until mixture is slushy. Fill flutes halfway with mixture. Pour Duplin Sweet Rosé, Sweet Lily or Sweet Poppy into glasses to fill flutes. 
  3. Drop 3 or 4 pineapple chunks into glasses.
  4. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
