Pina Colada Mimosa
Give mimosas a tropical spin with a super-easy Pina Colada Mimosa recipe. Part wine slushie, part classic mimosa, this recipe will wow at tiki parties, brunch and girls weekends.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Duplin Pina Colada Sweetzer Mix
- 1/2 bottle Duplin Sangria White
- Crushed ice
- 1 bottle Duplin Sweet Rosé, Sweet Lily or Sweet Poppy
- Fresh or canned pineapple chunks
Directions:
- Pour Duplin Pina Colada Sweetzer mix and Sangria White into a blender. Whizz mixture on low for 10 seconds.
- Fill the blender with ice. Blend agan until mixture is slushy. Fill flutes halfway with mixture. Pour Duplin Sweet Rosé, Sweet Lily or Sweet Poppy into glasses to fill flutes.
- Drop 3 or 4 pineapple chunks into glasses.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
