We just made cream cheese chicken chili even better

Cream cheese chicken chili is all over the internet because its blend of ranch dressing, cream cheese and chili spices fills the belly with pure comfort. It's just about the perfect cold-weather warmer, but we found a way to make this recipe even better.

Whether you cook it in an Instapot, slow cooker or in a pot on the stove, start by marinating chicken thighs in a blend of Duplin Magnolia wine and ranch dressing mix. Magnolia's medium-sweetness and forward fruitiness is the perfect complimnet to the tang and herby blend of ranch dressing mix. 

We added a little more Magnolia to the pot along with black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions and chili seasonings. Cream cheese makes for a super rich chili that is cravable on its own in a bowl topped with Duplin Gourmet Red Pepper and Onion Relish plus a sprinkling of crumbled corn chips, but don't stop there.

This chili is so versitile. Try it as a hot dip with tortilla chips. You could even blend leftovers with pasta and pour the mixture in a baking dish. Top it with crumbled tortilla chips and bake for a chili mac and cheese dinner best served with, you guessed it, a glass of Duplin Magnolia.
