Ginger Orange Sheet Pan Salmon in 15 minutes!

Creative salmon recipes are essential when it comes to eating healthy. New research suggests that salmon is packed with vitamins and nutrients that may help maintain and improve immunity and have a significant impact in reducing the likelihood and severity of viruses.

Orange and ginger are two other foods that boost the immune system, so we combined those in an easy Orange Ginger Sheet Pan Salmon and Veggies recipe. The dish makes weeknight cooking a breeze but is also fancy enough for special meals.

You could have this dinner on the table in 30 minutes! The fish marinate in a no-fuss blend of zippy, chopped, fresh ginger and Duplin Gourmet Muscadine Orange Poppy Seed Dressing. It's OK to mix and refrigerate the marinade a couple days in advance. The salmon can go into the marinade in the morning on the day you plan to serve the dish. Then, come dinnertime, pop the fish on a sheet pan alongside fresh asparagus and red bell peppers and bake for just 15 minutes!

You could use different vegetables in this sheet pan recipe, but make sure they will cook as quickly as the fish. Try broccolini cut into small sprigs, broccoli or cauliflower cut into small florets, green onions, thinly sliced Bermuda onions, thinly sliced zucchini or yellow squash or the super thin green beans called "haricot verts."
