The pumpkin whipped cream you'll want to eat with a spoon

If you already started thinking about Thanksgiving recipes and all the wonderful desserts to serve after the big meal, be sure save Pastry Chef Tabatha's pumpkin whipped cream recipe.

With just three ingredients, Tabatha in transforms plain whipped cream into a topping that will have your holiday guests showering you with compliments.

This extra-special whipped cream doesn't come in a tub, but it only takes minutes to prepare. Chef whips heavy cream with confectioners' sugar until it just starts to thicken. The secret to this whipped cream's unique flavor is Duplin Pum'kin red wine. Just a wee bit of the wine's cozy spice sweetness turns everyday whipped cream into a fluffy holiday delight that you'll be spooning on desserts right through Christmas.

This is the whipped cream that Chef puts on the fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake we sell online and in our Rose Hill and North Myrtle Beach retail rooms. You can also get slices or order whole cakes at The Bistro, our restaurant in Rose Hill, N.C.

Try Tabatha's pumpkin whipped cream on gingerbread or in a holiday trifle made with stewed apples and spice cake. We love to use it on our Pum'kin Spiked Latte and Pum'kin Fireball Coffee recipes too. And honestly, sometimes, we just eat it straight up on a spoon.
